When parents separate or divorce, visits or exchanges with the children may become difficult. Parents may prefer, or the court may order, that the children's visits or exchances be supervised by a neutral third party to allow for a safer, less conflictual experience for the children and their parents.

Supervised Visits

We provide a child-friendly space where children and their visiting parent or relatives can visit under the supervision of trained staff to ensure that the situation is safe and comfortable for all participants.

Supervised Exchanges

We provide supervision in a neutral location when children are dropped off for, and returned from visits.

Factual Reports

Reports summarizing the parent/child contacts are available for a fee to lawyers, participants and courts, when requested.

Referrrals

Families may be referred to the Supervised Access Program by the court, by a lawyer or by other professionals.

A family may wish to use the program on a voluntary basis. This requires the agreement of both parties.
