Passport Program

Families and individuals can choose to purchase services from Community Support Centre-NW with their Passport funding.

We work closely with families and individuals to provide services and supports tailored to their interests and needs. This might include meaningful participation in community events, leisure, recreation, life skills, etc. We promote and encourage healthy living. Caregiver respite is also available.

All of our employees working with individuals are well trained. Our Agency pays your worker directly and assumes responsibility for all mandatory employment related costs such as CPP, EI and WSIB. 

Community Support Centre-NW can provide administrative and brokerage services for all or part of your Passport funding.
